Residence is a modern theme. It is situated on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Zeidler and reside at 3500 square feet. The building was designed by Ehrlich Architects. With affordable housing with natural light, views and sea breeze-free, home owners manage interior and exterior space with very maximum. Every corner of the house made relatively flat with a bird’s-eye view. Tower ladder, a full-sized roof deck to accommodate various configurations entertain and provide a strong connection with the landscape and the views outside. This house is located in Gerzen (Niederbayern), Germany. Architecture from Germany named “Matthias Benz Architecture & Design”, has been designing buildings that house has a surface area of the Site: 2076 sq.m and the Built-up Surface: 304 sq.m. Each person who visited the German suburb know after seeing this house “typical German” Design is clearly due to the use of color and a sloping roof and windows PVC.
