This building is an old building (in 1914) situated near the beach. The project is bold renovating this building, Gulick & Spradlin is a designer. Structure of the house is not changed and remain the original style because it is the most important thing. Results renovations were made open window, for letting the sea breeze comes in, fireplace and exposed pine boards that are used throughout the building. kitchen was built using the open shelves. For the third floor be extended, because connected with the family room. The result is a natural beach house and exotic. Atmosphere comfortable, quiet, homy, was in the house. Read more »

This beach house is located in Casablanca, Chile. It is a create by Jose Ulloa Davet and Delphine Ding. The building is near the beach scene, the atmosphere is very unusual. Exotic exterior design, taken from the traditional beach house. Materials that are used the majority of the wood. The use of large windows provide comfort themselves, to enjoy the fantastic scenery. Rangr Studio has designed a large house on the edge of the beach to accommodate family and friends. Located in the rural north coast of the Dominican Republic, created a contemporary house using local materials are available as a material.
