This building is the result of the architect’s design called Dane Richardson, which is located in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. The material used a combination of wood and large stones with the geometry of the building. 4.5m high on the glass walls of the main room. Design house located on the beach and located in Dunsborough, Western Australia. Building structures made of concrete, and using wood as a structural nature. Architect named Dane Richardson, wanted to combine traditional style and atmosphere of the beach. The building was in focus towards the road and the beach. Design doors and windows made in the open, the aim is that homeowners can see the beach view from the house. The south wall and west wall has a hole in the north while the main room is a glass-glass and related fields and beaches. To the south was made in the direction of the living room. Child’s bedroom, bathroom and playroom made towards the western main emergency room. The main hall is at the primary level is made open toward the park. The main bedroom and living room upstairs. The Summer hill Residence consists of 3 separate buildings (main house, guest house and detached garage) that are situated to maximize the connection between the natural and the man-made. The concept for the site design was to decentralize programmatic functions into separate, smaller buildings so as to break down the imposed mass of what would have otherwise been a larger, monolithic building. The total area of this building is 2300 square meters, house is located in the city center and the city’s oldest. The owner of this house is a single family. It was said before, this building has burned, in 1917 and was in a half block from the building. Currently the toll road. Architect BLDGS beat all the bad conditions and build a better contemporary. Special house, I call it Black and White. Exterior walls are painted black and painted the interior white.
