Tower with an area of more than 1.9 million sf, is the only tower in Chicago that has a multi-purpose building which has a capacity of hotels, apartments, condominiums, parking and offices as well as containing a swimming pool, running track, the parks, fire pit and a yoga terrace. The tower is located in the middle of a very strategic city overlooking the highway. Purposely built by Studio Gang Architects with a very elegant building and the contemporary. Architectural design of the tower that resembles a block of ice that coated layers make the building look cool.

Model house for I’Park City is a showroom to exhibit urban housing. The main purpose of the showroom development is to facilitate the visitors saw the exhibition in the building. The building is therefore configured as a clear illustration of this strategy, which becomes the central feature both within the interior space, and as a generator of the façade design. The resultant crossing over of the circulation ribbon produces various viewpoints of the exhibited content, in this case, the facades of the show-units.
