The building was designed by Nick Deaver. Building area is made open, freely planted grass, oak trees, and patio plants. This design uses a rough stone and painted with galvanized metal. Color was chosen because it contrasts sharply with carved interior honed concrete floors, white walls and the elements of white oak.
