The building was designed by Nick Deaver. Building area is made open, freely planted grass, oak trees, and patio plants. This design uses a rough stone and painted with galvanized metal. Color was chosen because it contrasts sharply with carved interior honed concrete floors, white walls and the elements of white oak. The window is made high and low functioning for natural ventilation. Rock elements flow through each other almost at the point where the spring storm took the stage at the pool of rain water

The home has an open floor plan spanning 3 levels with Red Mahogany woodwork and built On two flat acres of serene and park-like grounds with a pond (fish, ducks and a boat). The main level consists of a two-story living room, panelled office, formal dining room, kitchen opening to generous family room, a bedroom suite and a state of the art security room. The upper level includes the master suite with coffered ceiling and large sitting area with fireplace, wet bar, luxurious his & hers bathrooms, his & hers customized walk-in closets and a deck overlooking the gardens, tennis court and pool.

The design of this house, reminiscent of the traditional houses on Long Island. Results buildings designed by Bates Masi Architects is building a large chimney, sharp shapes, and the board on the wall. This chimney is made of thin concrete panels. Around the house, we are given a view of the swimming pool and garden. The use of glass windows, providing special benefits to owners. Rays can penetrate from outside the room so that natural ventilation can provide fresh air. The house consists of living room, dining room, bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, swimming pool, this simple design gives us the inspiration to emulate.
