The Peninsula residence is designed by Bercy Chen Studio LP. Bercy and Chen has lived in Austin, Texas since 2001 and have created a design studio here. Development projects at the lake house in austin has started since the 1980s, but not all the houses overlooking the lake and did not think about the environmental aspects. The challenge is to develop the home of preexisting conditions to be better in terms of view and the environment.
